Walton Park does not have a mandatory HOA (Homeowner’s Association). Voluntary payment of annual dues allows for the upkeep of common areas, payment of utilities, and funding of improvement projects.

Change In Membership Options
After evaluating data from the 2025 pool season, the WPCA has decided to eliminate the single person membership option. This was done in order to continue to provide continued improvements to the pool and neighborhood while maintaining the same rates for Family and Couple memberships for the 2026 pool season.
Pay Over Time
You go to the pool for the entire summer every year, why not spread your membership payment out too? We are now offering pay over time through Klarna.
