Clubhouse Rental
The perfect space for your next event
Are you looking to host a gathering but find you need some additional space for guests and their vehicles, don’t want to have all of the foot traffic in your home, or want to clean before your gathering to only re-clean once it is over? Then look no further!
The Walton Park Clubhouse is the perfect place for your gathering needs. The clubhouse is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 133 guests! There is a large parking lot outside of the Clubhouse that is well lit during nighttime hours and is convenient for your guests to access. The kitchen area of the Clubhouse is equipped with an electric range stove, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, a large island to accommodate buffet style serving, and plenty of other counter space for your supplies.
The Clubhouse is also equipped with: 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, television to show your favorite slideshow of embarrassing pictures, and a Bluetooth radio to play your favorite music. There is a small patio space off the side of the Clubhouse that guests can utilize to play corn hole, catch some air, or just have some extra space. There are 16, six foot tables and 95 chairs to accommodate your guests.
The Clubhouse is available to rent by both member and non-Walton Park Association members. We have plenty of available dates for you to choose from. Best of all, WPCA members get a discounted rate!
Rates
Total cost due 7 days prior to rental and will be invoiced separately. A $75 cleaning fee will be added to the total cost of each rental.
Civic/Pool Members
Monday – Friday (2 hour minimum)
$65/hr
Saturday and Sunday (4h minimum)
$75/hr
Non Member
Monday – Thursday (2 hour minimum)
$100/hr
Friday through Sunday (4h minimum)
$125/hr
